birdnest is creating a new way of doing short-term office rentals. it’s like zipcar for private offices. co-founders nick & ray used to work at a coworking space and even started one themselves. but the constant distractions and the lack of privacy disrupted productivity and team culture. for startups and other small businesses who are dissatisfied with coworking distractions and traditional leases, birdnest provides private offices that require no lease and can save 30% vs coworking. our vision is to make the real estate market more efficient by connecting traditional real estate with a new generation of workers. alchemist accelerator class xix (spring 2018). founders space pitch winner 2017. featured in business insider & time.
