birkenhead first was launched in april 2016 with the recruitment of the birkenhead first team. the team has been responsible for organising a range of events and initiatives that aim to ensure that: birkenhead is clean and attractive birkenhead is safe and secure birkenhead is marketed and promoted birkenhead's businesses are supported to grow an intitiative of wirral chamber of commerce, birkenhead first works in partnership with wirral council and local businesses to help make birkenhead a better place to work, shop, visit and invest.
