birmingham community development scheme is a community led social enterprise company with the aim to help alleviate unemployment among young people and ex-offenders who are marginalised and excluded from society by providing personalised training and development and to enable service them to realise their true potential. we are an innovative consultancy firm that specialises in training of ex-offenders and providing behavioural modification workshops and programmes to young offenders. we specialise in working with people who are considered to be at risk of offending or re-offending. young people from various backgrounds are trained, as peer mentor’s to provide extended one-to-one support for other young people who are at risk. we work with the business community in birmingham to find suitable role models and mentors for young people to emulate.
