Birmingham Leadership Foundation

birmingham leadership foundation (blf) is an independent charity which nurtures and champions emerging young leaders. our vision is to ensure that the future leadership of the city is representative of birmingham’s young and vibrant population. blf is generally aimed at anyone aged 18 – 35 that has the ability and drive to inspire, empower and organise others. they are passionate about making a positive change for birmingham but do not necessarily have the connections, skill set or development opportunities to make their ambitions a reality. blf opens doors, develops raw talent, increases confidence, and helps budding young leaders realise their potential, and in doing so, make birmingham a better place in which to live and work for all.
