(i.e. purpose activation, c-suite transition, experience marketing, product campaign, content creation, ux/ui) culture uncovered: what we measure drives what we value and how we behave. we take an employee-first approach to measuring culture. we’ve built a digital diagnostic that asks employees of all roles to vote on how the organization is treating key resources (i.e. money, technology, etc.) we think of it as a “culture audit” that uncovers the root of what needs to be addressed. as we identify patterns across functio
