i am a business shaman. i help business owners get traction around their most pressing challenges. i meld years of organizational development and continuous improvement study and practice with a well-honed ability to see the unseen and access new ways to empower people. working with me begins with a remote organization assessment in which i rate key organization characteristics as they relate to both internal and external factors. i identify leverage for change and make detailed, prioritized recommendations for action to move the organization forward. i provide follow up teaching and healing to facilitate meaningful change. my work is part science, part art, and part magic.
