the ancient greek physician herophilus once famously said: “when health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless, and intelligence cannot be applied.” at bizybody our mission is to help our community to maximize their potential by building habits that support their mental & physical well-being. every day, as an organization, we speak with individuals that are so focused on their profession that they have neglected to take care of their health. the basics are fairly simple: wake up early, drink lots of water, eat a balanced diet, cut out processed foods and sugar, limit alcohol consumption, don’t smoke, exercise regularly, avoid stressful situations and get plenty of sleep. the ability to adhere to those simple rules on the other hand… is not so easy. living a bizy lifestyle can be hard, so we’re here to help.
