one of my many mottos for life is to work hard to make things easy. whether you call it process reengineering or a fundamental thinking process like david allen’s “getting things done,” using this approach on daily activities is how i simplify things. it may take longer to complete one task but eventually and exponentially saving time, effort and money is the goal of every business. it’s not thinking outside the box, it’s just refusing to limit oneself to the box to begin with.
