black diamond general contracting, inc. was founded in 2002 by jeff and sally elsner. together, they brought over 20 years of combined experiences working at a public utility, commercial construction firm and in insurance/financial services. in these previous experiences is where jeff and sally saw the need for quality construction built on solid customer relationships. their goal was to create a company that could team with clients not only for a better construction experience but for a better overall experience. this has led to many long-term client relationships and black diamond serves our clients in a manner that guarantees the continuation of repeat business. a large majority of our new business is through repeat clients. our team takes an open-book approach and is transparent throughout the entire process. we are solution driven and we treat each project as if we were the owner/client representative. we are prepared to meet day-to-day challenges and respond to unexpected problem
