Black Dog Challenge

black dog challenge was created after its founder hit rock bottom. he was able to change a few things and found that by creating something within, that thing, depression and suicidal thoughts can be beaten. the challenge has been set up to allow people to do something that can create a positive change in yourself, someone you know or someone you don't. you start a positive challenge and it opens up a fund to donate to you. once you complete the challenge funds are distributed to suicide prevention, people left behind by suicide, and the person doing the challenge. this can change the world, one people at time.
