i founded black dog fitness to help other people with depression and anxiety use fitness to support their physical and mental health. i am a certified personal trainer, a veteran, a father, a husband and a son of someone who had parkinson's. i use exercise - specially boxing to deal with the every stress and curve balls life can throw at us. black dog boxing is my online boxing fitness class. if you have a punching bag and boxing gloves, let's put them to good use. i'm live online weekly or recorded any time. give it a shot. you will love it! i also provide personal training sessions, feel free to shoot me a message on here or through my website if you want to learn more. exercise works. i am living proof!
