our mission at black dog outdoors: mental health issues are a growing concern. many of us are either living day-to-day with poor mental health, or know of others that are. studies suggest that being outdoors in our natural environment could have a positive effect on mental health and emotional well-being. we at black dog outdoors are all enthusiastic about outdoor activities and want to share this passion; however, we appreciate that many people don’t know where to start, or don’t have the confidence to venture into the great outdoors. our mission is therefore to create a platform for connecting people with competent guides, instructors, and groups to enjoy and experience the great outdoors in a safer environment. this could be everything from a straight-forward fell walk to an alpine adventure, and everything in between. we hope that this website introduces you to many fine adventures, and the opportunity to develop new skills and abilities. good luck, and enjoy, from all of
