black interiors ltd was formed in august 2015 and in a very short space of time has gone from strength to strength. we work closely with property developers and house builders on a daily basis as their interior architect optimising their latest project to maximise value. we opt a 7 stage approach starting by architecturally space planning every area / room to work aesthetically and functionally, followed by lighting & electrical design, bathroom specification, kitchen design and internal specification. our final stage is procurement which allows us to assist the building contractor and client to eliminate the admin and headache of obtaining quotations and process the orders on their behalf. we will liaise with the site foreman and building contractor involved in the project and by understanding the programme of works and deliverables deadlines, we can ensure goods are ordered within a suitable time frame to meet site requirements.
