welcome to the black tinted glasses. a lot of people don’t know that black tinted glasses is actually the polar opposite of rose tinted glasses. and we believe its describes who we are and what we want to do perfectly. our brand is all about us sharing our personal and professional experiences yes we are black, but we are also millennial professionals. how we actually experience the world and different spaces through our black (realist) lens. we as parents, mentors, colleagues and role models to the current and next generation we combined have so much insight and advice that we want to share with people and organizations beyond our own personal networks. we believe our insight will help current and future generations be better prepared for what to expect, how to navigate, how to influence change within their organizations to make spaces even better for themselves and others.
