founded by leanne mair, black women parlay is a global community of black women on the same wavelength. we are future-forward, we want to see change, we know there are hurdles, but the fact that we are here and standing shows that we fight to overcome. parlay can just mean to speak, but it also means to speak freely and without restraint. this is what we do here. we allow all of our melanin to shine through it all of it glory! this community isn't about transactions, but about building relationships and uplifting each other. if at some point, business things happen, then fine, but this isn't the purpose of it. we leave the selling at the door. bwp is a space for us to share our joys, our sadnesses and our bougie too and also to share what we are reading and how we are growing. the focus is enriching each other. this isn't just another community, this is the only place to be as black female game-changer, who wants to uplift herself and those around her. it is the sisterhood you c
