blackett aviation consulting limited (bacl) was established in 2014 after gaining over 34 years’ experience in the aviation industry, within both the military and civil sectors. we have accumulated a wide range of skills gained from working closely with mro’s, airlines, operators and regulatory bodies, importing/exporting aircraft and understanding the regulatory requirements within these processes. drawing on this experience and other skills, bacl is well suited to be recognised within the aviation industry as a reliable, trustworthy organisation, operating to the highest quality standards.
