• contracts with higher education institutions to craft strategic/dei solutions • evaluates syllabi and leads curriculum revision efforts to foster inclusive climate • delivers faculty and staff development workshops on anti-racist pedagogy, cultivating campus climate and anti-bias practices • collaborates with human resource officers to evaluate, revise and propose new policies for faculty and staff in accordance with institutional anti-bias efforts • consults directly with cabinet-level employees, admissions and development officers on faculty and student recruitment, retention and institutional messaging • codirects the academic business and branding bootcamp (ab3) for black women scholar-entrepreneurs
