blackland capital is an investor/developer focused on regeneration and mixed tenure schemes. we work with the private and not-for-profit sectors to unlock embedded value. one of our principal projects is the north wellesley regeneration scheme in central croydon. covering an area of 2.5 hectares, we expect this scheme to provide a significant contribution to new housing within the croydon opportunity area. we are in the final stages of negotiating a joint venture partnership with a major uk developer to work with us to deliver this scheme. we are also working with local community stakeholders for whom this development will bring value.
