blackwall is a vertically integrated property funds manager. we manage, develop and finance income producing real estate on behalf of retail, high net worth and institutional property investors in australia and new zealand. our funds management and property business units are integrated. this means that structured finance, investment, debt and equity strategies are driven by and relate to our "on the ground"​ property, project and development management operations. where our funds are invested in specialised asset classes, such as pubs and self storage, we have established specialist management entities. although our focus is on assets and structures that we control, we do undertake third party management, development and funding assignments where we see an opportunity to participate in ownership structures.
