i've been passionate about food since i was a kid - cooking with my mom, sharing meals to enjoy time with family. yet i never suspected my enthusiasm would turn into a career. during high school i went deep in the world of flavor profiles, and my love of food continued to grow. as my curiosity about nutrition developed, i decided to become a dietitian. in 2013, i graduated from keene state college's dietetic internship, then began to counsel clients. throughout my time counseling clients and teaching classes, i loved seeing people try healthy foods they'd never dreamt of tasting or liking! this highlighted a lesson i learned during my internship and continued to see when working in a clinic: cooking motivates people to branch out - and make lifestyle changes. too often, many people don't have enough time to make food from scratch and craft healthy food choices. my core desire - to blend healthy eating with convenience - is the drive behind the food, recipes, and other products from ble
