blessing christian association center (bcac) is a 501 (c) (3) christian non-profit and community-based organization. our headquarter is based in usa but we also operate in great lakes region countries of africa such as uganda, rwanda, burundi, the democratic republic of congo, zambia, and south sudan. bcac is founded by pastor alphonse kwizera, a rwandan-american who is always driven by the desire to help and support the communities promoting humanitarian services to the people in the great lakes region of africa. bcac's mission emphasizes ensuring the wellbeing of refugees and vulnerable communities through education, health care, advocacy, services, and evangelization. bcac's vision is seeking to rescue and care for impoverished children, women, refugees, orphans, the elderly, and their communities in order to equip them to be the next generation prepared to impact their world.
