l’association bleu-blanc-coeur est née en 2000 d’un collectif de paysans, scientifiques, agronomes, consommateurs et médecins. elle s’inscrit dans une démarche d’amélioration de la chaîne alimentaire. elle organise le retour de cultures végétales telles que l’herbe, la luzerne, le lin, la féverole (…) réputées vertueuses pour l’environnement et pour leurs qualités nutritionnelles. les animaux bleu-blanc-cœur reçoivent ainsi une alimentation diversifiée avec ces plantes et graines sélectionnées pour leurs qualités nutritionnelles. la démarche bleu-blanc-cœur est ainsi engagée dans une démarche d’amélioration de la teneur nutritionnelle en oméga 3 de notre alimentation. cette démarche fait l’objet d’une reconnaissance des experts des ministères de la santé et de l’agriculture (présentation des accords collectifs du programme national de l'alimentation).
