blind owl coffee co is a group of coffee lovers, baristas and roasters based in bristol. we started roasting in an old stable just outside of bristol back in 2016 and since then, we and our roasting machine ‘ozzy’ have had the pleasure of roasting some great coffee together. after two years of roasting, we’ve developed our coffee with the help of bristol’s best caffeine enthusiasts; now, we’re proud to bring it to you. every coffee is specially selected by us to bring something new, something interesting, and something special. we roast by hand, in small batches and roast all of our coffee to order. this ensures that it is as fresh as it can be and comes to you at the height of its potential flavour. we don’t use computers or automatic roasting machines; we rely on our senses of sight, smell, and taste to bring you coffee that always tastes its best.
