we have lived our entire life setting filters. from the food we eat, the shows we watch, to the clothes we wear. and this usually works, except for when we apply it to the friendships we seek. there are truly amazing people out there; wonderful friendships that we miss out on because we subconsciously sort, filter, and judge people even before meeting them. and here is where blindbridge shines. at its very core, blindbridge (bb) is a simple tool, focused on a no-nonsense, minimalistic approach to help you build diverse friendships. once you sign-up with blindbridge, you are paired with another duke student who is also part of the bb family, and both of you are introduced to each other via email. this pairing up is completely random and happens every friday. thus blindbridge introduces you to 4 new random people a month and gets you talking. any member of the large duke community of students, faculty or alumni, looking for a fun, relaxed way to find new, diverse friends outside their
