blind tiger communications is a technology company spun out from georgia tech research institute in atlanta, ga. we provide a managed access platform for wireless devices across all licensed and unlicensed spectrum. managed access offers our clients control of which cell phones, carriers, unmanned aircraft system/drones and wi-fi devices are allowed to operate within the clients’ communication "umbrella." no cellular, wi-fi knowledge is required. just drop and go. the system self-configures to the area where it is currently located. depending on the configuration of the system, the periscoping feature can take between 5-60 minutes, and operate either conus or oconus. all global carriers are available. all global spectrum is available. our clients’ have the ability to add known, trusted devices to the “whitelist,” while those that are not vetted are disabled from communicating until properly vetted. the system is accessed through the web either isolated locally, or through our nsa sui
