my name is katie arnold and i am passionate about your leadership development and the experience of those who work for you. i love learning about people - your work, your family, your world - and then helping you build skills and habits that enable you to achieve your goals, while remembering that you are a human and have needs that must be met to sustain long term success. i am also passionate about equity and inclusion, balance and boundaries, clear expectations and accountability. my primary expertise is in leadership assessment and development. but, i also love work in talent management and succession planning, organizational design and strategy and employee engagement. i have a phd in industrial/organizational psychology and 20 years experience in leadership and organizational development.
