bloom development is dedicated to growing future women leaders. we are committed to change the way we think and work together, equipping a strong pipeline of women for future leadership positions in all fields and creating a network of women helping women to grow and succeed in work and life. bloom development pairs young women in high school and college with women in current leadership positions across various industries including stem (science, tech, engineering, math), health & medicine, business, entrepreneurship, innovation, government, non-profit, law, education and the arts (film, theatre, dance, fashion & fine arts) for career mentoring. we host dynamic leadership learning conferences including bloom basecamp for girls and the bloom conference for women leaders. partnering with local business we facilitate internship opportunities where participants put leadership into action to build stronger communities together.
