i am a psychotherapist with many years of experience, working with all age groups. i have helped my clients to deal with and overcome a variety of issues like anxiety, depression, adhd, ocd, ptsd, bpd, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anger & behaviour issues etc. i have always been fascinated by the workings of the human mind and psychology has always been my favourite subject. i am skilled in (cbt) cognitive behavioural therapy, (nlp) neuro-linguistic programing (master practitioner), (emdr) eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, (rebt) rational emotive behavior therapy and hypnotherapy and the list keep growing! besides, life is the greatest of all teachers and i have been one of its favourite students. it has taught me some very valuable lessons (albeit in a very harsh manner). this learning comes in handy for helping my clients to regain & restore their mental wellness. i provide a safe and confidential therapeutic environment, dedicated to helping people using m
