blooming minds helps companies perform better and more sustainable! performance is a passion - for better or worse. performing is one of the greatest sources of well-being. but still, the combination of well-being & performance is difficult to maintain, especially over time. to maximize and continuously increase performance, we need to improve the performance environment. an optimal performance environment promotes a continuous increase in competence and ability without affecting balance and harmony. a good performance environment is based on the individual and team working in harmony with each other. there are a number of basic factors that all contribute to a good performance environment. these include balance between requirements and ability, inner motivation, vision and coherence. we give lectures and hold workshops to highlight important components in a good performance environment. we also make comparisons with the sports world and give examples of tools to strengthen the menta
