our mission statement the blossom group’s mission is to provide a high quality, safe and exceptionally managed environment for all of our care home residents and staff – “a place you can call home.” our values to provide the highest quality of care to all our residents which is consistent throughout all of our care homes to treat residents, staff and each other with honesty, integrity and fairness in all aspects of the way we conduct our business to ensure staff receive the highest level of training and continue to grow within our organisation to support one and other and continue to learn and develop – a mistake is only ever a mistake if you don’t learn from it and share the learning. to enjoy our journey and maintain deep friendships as we continue to develop and evolve.
