founded in 2015 by ricky li, bmc cultural exchange's mission is to facilitate cultural exchange between the uk and china. we hope to promote personal growth, create lasting bonds across cultures and make a positive impact on a child's life in china. we currently offer personalised au pair cultural exchange programmes in china, ranging from three to twelve months long. we specialise in au pairing in china as we know about chinese culture and are passionate about helping others to gain an insight into this amazing country. we provide meaningful advice to our au pairs and have a unique pre-departure programme to ensure au pairs are fully prepared.
