Building Operator Certification Southeast

the building operator certification (boc) program is an eight-day training and certification program for building operators. participants learn how to operate buildings more efficiently while improving comfort and safety. boc participants consistently save money and energy in their facilities--up to $20,000 a year--thanks to energy conservation projects, air quality improvements, and other initiatives. core boc classes support the building operator skill standard by devoting significant content to the topics of hvac systems and controls, lighting fundamentals, measuring and benchmarking energy performance, common opportunities for operational improvements, and facility electrical systems.
