at bpd balance, we coach people struggling with borderline personality disorder and their loved ones on the symptoms and science behind this disorder, the latest research and scientific findings relative to both the illness and its treatment, and practical daily life habits to recovery from misery and distress associated with bpd. over the years since we began developing bpd balance, we have developed an international following that includes the u.k., america, canada, australia, and others. we participate in discussions with professionals and organizations regarding bpd and combating the stigma and lack of resources available to those who suffer. most importantly, we have developed an intensive skills training program for people with borderline personality disorder who are struggling to either find treatment or generalize the things they are learning in treatment into their daily lives. our 3-month program is available completely online and by phone/video and includes focus on mind
