our goal is to predict and enable preventing the next respiratory attack. breathe.me developed world's first ultra-low-cost asthma & copd monitoring & management solution, using an acoustic sensor and a mobile app for lung function testing. our technology is patent protected. the sensor is tiny, entirely-mechanical device, that communicates wirelessly with any smartphone. the acoustic sensor transforms airflow to a varying pitch whistle sound. the sound is recorded by the smartphone and using a proprietary algorithm, the spirometric values (such as peak flow and fev1) are calculated. the app utilized a disease diary which records measurement results, symptoms, triggers and medication usage.
