my passion for health has led me to discover the beauty and medicine of the body. our bodies are incredible - through mindfulness, yoga, movement and the breath we can heal, and reach our full potential. this has supported me through challenges, and helped me regain my courage and power. my own personal journey has allowed me to empathise and relate to my clients. this beautiful gift is something i share with my clients. working in various communities and with different cultures has allowed me to explore and understand different dynamics, environments and eco-systems. i continue to learn about the world through other people’s perspectives, based on their own experience, culture and context, using this to guide my work. as a qualified social worker, therapist and yoga teacher i share my scientific knowledge and experience. this enhances the credibility of my practice, as i take an evidence-based approach. i take an empowering approach with my clients, focusing on you, and who you are,
