we are a team with big ideas and a desire to make a huge contribution to the elearning industry. as elearning designers we love our work, but had reached the point of frustration around the collection and deciphering of feedback for our courses. those of you, who like us go through this process every day, can easily imagine the many somewhat daunting ways in which feedback is conveyed today… phone calls, email chains, excel sheets, scribbled notes, we could go on forever! the pain, time, and effort involved in collecting, collating, interpreting, and deciphering all that feedback, especially when coming from numerous sources, can make the most committed individual exhausted! talking to many colleague on how they dealt with this unavoidable step of the process we found similar complaints and no real effective solution. however, everyone agreed that colleague and client input was a vital step to ensure that the final product truly met its objectives and received the tick of approval! in
