bts construction and housing are primarily a building company. established in 2002, we have been responsible for building many homes in auckland, the north shore and the hibiscus coast. over the years we have branched out in investing in our own earthworks machinery, scaffold, and more recently architectural services in our showroom located at 689 whangaparaoa rd, whangaparaoa! bts can now offer all our clients a fixed price for their dream home or dream renovation, before any concepts have even begun! we are competitive in the market as we pass on the savings of having our own machinery and scaffold to our clients. and the best bit… we are primarily a building company! so bts construction are the team you get on site to build your home!! there is no surprises come building start day! we employ a great team of builders and apprentices, and you will often see bts construction’s director, brendan smith, on site with hammer in hand!
