budh बुध् (the sanskrit word for awake) is a carefully curated, space-making method to open blocks that hold us back from being our highest achieving selves.  what if burnout was preventable? i created budh as a love letter to the corporate community. my goal is to help businesses support their employee's well-being by providing techniques to create and maintain a personal, daily self-care practice. ​i educate with short, simple, and practical techniques for individuals, groups, and entire corporations to approach each day with a sense of focus, clarity, and ease. ​when we know better, we do better. when we practice the budh methods, we are limitless.
