at build the church, our vision is to fill the world with healthy organisations that build the church. it breaks our hearts to see frustrated leaders and disempowered employees and volunteers, especially in christian organisations. we believe christian organisations should be the healthiest organisations in the world. because when churches, christian schools and christian nonprofits are healthy, leaders thrive and employees and volunteers fulfil their potential. as a result, christian organisations achieve a greater vision, make a difference in more people's lives and, most importantly, build the church. at build the church, we walk alongside heads of christian schools, senior pastors and ceos of christian nonprofits as a sounding board for important decisions and we use patrick lencioni's frameworks of organisational health to build healthy leadership teams and clarify direction. we work exclusively with christian schools, churches and christian nonprofits that can't afford
