"by embracing generational differences, we share holistic insights and proven tools to help you build your best life."​ four years ago chris and richard met for coffee and started an amazing journey. we met occasionally for coffee and these meetings evolved into a formal mentoring relationship. richard has 30+ years in the corporate world with the same company while chris has had 4 jobs in 4 years. together we shared a common passion to coach and mentor others. we quickly realized that we each had experiences and viewpoints that were valuable to each other. richard founded the roundtable and chris was instrumental in launching the oak project- two different mentoring programs in nashville, tn. we then decided to combine forces to share insights and proven tools to help others be successful. together we have partnered to create the build your best life platform which includes a bi-weekly blog and other materials to help young adults navigate and succeed in today’s world. together we are
