at building brainiacs, we know that every child, regardless of iq or socioeconomic status, is susceptible to knowledge gaps and skill deficits. we believe in every child's ability to learn, and arm each student with fundamental skills to grow into independent, curious learners. our tutoring services are held in high regard by principals and program directors at columbia grammar & prep school, the nyu literacy clinic, and other top educational institutions in and around new york city. we design instruction that not only targets a student's deficits, but takes into account his or her strengths. unlike pre-scripted programs and homework-help centers, we design individualized plans to systematically address the needs of each of our unique learners through research-based strategies.
