the building bridges community was established in 2021 for people who are hesitant to take the first step in changing their career path. our goal is to help people from age 40 onward to find prospective employers, who proactively fight against age bias, and are excited to build teams based on their skill set, continuous curiosity, ‘can-do’ attitude, and hard work! after the start of russia’s war against ukraine, we believe that our duty is to help people in need. at the moment, the building bridges platform is fully dedicated to assisting refugees from ukraine in finding new jobs. the platform allows refugees from ukraine to fill applications about their skills so that volunteers and the hr team can do their best to connect them with their future employers. if you are interested in getting involved and making a positive impact, please contact me at viktorija@buildingbridges.lt
