Building Healthy Futures

building healthy futures is in partnership with our community's health care providers and is focused on improving access to health care for children in poverty. to that end, seven school-based health center have been established, and are designed to link students to a medical home. additionally, building healthy futures aims to improve health literacy for our community's youth by empowering our young adults with the skills necessary to advocate for themselves, and navigate our health care systems. vision building healthy futures will support learning for underserved children by improving access to quality health care. mission our mission is to improve health for our community’s underserved children and youth through thoughtful collaboration and advocacy.
