building our future was founded on a simple idea: kenosha county can improve educational outcomes for every child by aligning our work across all sectors. by working together, we will create a successful future for kenosha county. we do this by centering our work around a shared community vision defined by four community goals: kindergarten readiness, school success, college and career readiness, and community engagement. together we identify high impact strategies and make data-driven decisions to expand what already is working and to achieve equitable continuous improvement.
