bulcargo ltd is one of the longest established marine cargo surveyors in the bulgaria and we celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2011. we are one of the first independent company for marine and cargo surveys with main office based in varna, bulgaria’s main industry port. in addition to the long experienced we have a policy of introducing younger people into the profession in order to gain experience and expertise for the future and add benefit to our company. bulcargo ltd is certified per gafta and fosfa. we are working according to gafta and fosfa organizations rules and instruction. also our organization is working on system based on iso 9001:2008, iso 14001:2004 and ohsas 18001:2008. we are an official subcontractor of cotecna inspection s.a. – a global company for testing, inspection and certification of goods. we are able to perform inspections on the territory of bulgaria, romania, turkey, switzerland, italy, france, egypt etc. our scope of works as follow:  quantity and quality
