der business and professional woman (bpw) eclub kassel e.v. ist ein überregionaler und branchenübergreifender netzwerk-club unabhängiger und ausgewählter businessfrauen mit dem ziel sich über berufliche erfolgswege auszutauschen. aufgrund des hohen beruflichen engagements unserer mitglieder finden die netzwerktreffen monatlich überwiegend über online-formate statt. der eclub bietet frauen eine plattform zum austausch zu themen wie beruf, persönlichkeit und weiterkommen. dabei profitieren die mitglieder von einer positionsunabhängigen kommunikation auf augenhöhe, durch welche die stetige weiterentwicklung sowie das erreichen persönlicher ziele stark in den fokus rückt. die monatlichen treffen sind durch vorträge, workshops, role-model-interviews und netzwerken geprägt. durch feedback und austausch ergibt sich zu diskutierten themen oftmals eine neue sichtweise und neues knowhow.
