cherryfish is a berlin-based startup changing the way the recruiting sector works. we designed the world’s first hr analytics tool which translates cv data into competences. our algorithm will put an end to the long and costly recruiting process by making profiles quantifiable and, through this, objectively comparable. our goal is nothing less than to automate and digitalize the pre-screening process in recruiting, ultimately redefining the way how companies evaluate and select candidates to fill their open positions as well as how they build their talent pipeline for future hiring. additionally, we offer a freelancer platform using our matching algorithm and providing direct access to best suited freelance business consultants and experts. we aim to fully automate and digitalize the recruiting process to staff open project positions. starting with the transportation/aviation industry we will establish a fast growing industry specific freelancer pool. check linkedin group "freelancer i
