formerly known as cmmi, c + tc design studio focuses on the design of luxury hotels, resorts, conferencing, senior living and ancillary facilities. since our founding in 1987, we have completed more than 700 commissions, 40,000 guestrooms and twenty-three million square feet of meeting space. we have experience with a number of upscale hotel brands and operators including marriott, hilton, fairmont, hyatt, intercontinental, kimpton, omni, regent, ritz-carlton, starwood and wyndham. additionally, more than 50% of our portfolio includes renovations and expansions to existing properties. with each assignment, we seek innovative ways to perfect revenue-generating components, identify energy/cost saving materials and applications, optimize functionality, and ultimately enhance the guest experience.
