we power a new generation of leaders with transformative experiences, systemic tools, and peer communities to tackle their most pressing challenges. we do this by working with organisations and communities to create leadership co.labs that enable their teams to find common ground and achieve uncommon results. a leadership co.lab consists of 3 essential building blocks: 1. complex challenges: a specific set of tough, complex challenges that a diverse group wants to explore & transform, together. 2. collaborative groups: communities of individuals rooted in common intention and shared values who work and learn together. 3. powerful prototypes: innovative new solutions that the group prototypes to address the challenges in question. each co.lab is anchored in a set of rigorous processes and tools that are inspired by many different schools of thought and action - ranging from adaptive leadership to theory u to co-active coaching.
