storytelling movement specializes in communication development coaching, consultations, workshops, retreats, productions, events, and storytelling performances. my name is ryan mcpherson and i started storytelling movement to take my passion for storytelling to a wider audience. my company works with stories and storytellers to meet a variety personal and professional narrative goals. after earning my masters in communication studies and a certificate in communication training and development from texas state university san marcos and teaching university level communication courses for over a decade, i wanted to extend my practice. well crafted stories are experiences distilled into bolts of lightening, providing clarity and meaning that can transcend time and space. stories are more than imaginary worlds that teach us how to live better lives or fictions to be enjoyed in relaxation, they are the tools we use to constantly shape and re-shape our personal and professional lives. stories
